The Perfect Midi

As I prepare for closet clean out 2020 I thought I would share the common theme that is happening in my closet - midi skirts. Midi skirts have been everywhere since the summer and it’s no surprise they aren’t going anywhere soon. Satin, pleated, asymmetrical - you name it I love them. However what I love most is that they can be easily dressed up or down, great for both the office and a night on the town. I’ve worn mine with sneakers, booties and flat sandals. With a t-shirt, sweater or body suit. I’m telling you the options are endless.
This satin midi was a little more fitted so I paired it with a chunky sweater and did a little front tuck.
This black pleated skirt is probably one of my favorites, I wore it with a turtleneck, tights and boots while in NYC and it also paired great at Christmas with a glitzy shirt and belt.
I think the reason I keep buying them is because they are great for work. For the days I need to be in the office they are my go-to. The length and fit is very work appropriate and I can pretty much pair them with any shoes currently in my closet!
